Weight Loss Progress – Week 2

I started this year weighing 220.0 pounds (15 stone 10.0 pounds, 99.8 kg). Last week, I weighed 218.5 pounds (15 stone 8.5 pounds, 99.1 kg). This week, I weigh 217.3 pounds (15 stone 7.3 pounds, 98.6 kg). That’s a loss last week of of 1.2 pounds, or 0.5 kg. Total weight loss so far is 2.7 pounds or 1.2 kg.

My waist measurement was 45″ – this week it is 44″. Total loss from waist – 1 inch.

I did two good walks, and two 45 minute exercise bike sessions this week. I ate one junk/treat meal (a chip butty and a cheese and onion sandwich!). I had one small piece of chocolate cake with a cup of coffee. I drank 5 of the 6 beers I am allowing myself per week.

Verdict – not a bad week. I resisted temptations pretty well, but I need to get back out on my bike – that would really kick off the weight loss.
