Stroll – Mytholmroyd
I’ve been feeling a bit below par since SITD on Sunday. I think that I might be coming down with something but I hope not – I have another testing ride to do on Sunday – my ‘extended’ Brian Robinson Challenge. I therefore decided not to ride my bike today despite it being lovely and sunny again. Instead, I just did a gentle walk to the shops in Mytholmroyd and back with Lisa.
I definitely didn’t feel my usual energetic self, but it was good to be out in the sunshine for a while.
We called in at Innovation for coffees and a shared toasted currant teacake and decided to sit in the sunshine out the back by the river.
