Progress Report – Week 62

Yet another quiet week – half a pound on through beer drinking, and half a pound back off in one stroll and a hard, hilly 51 mile ride.

I’m still stuck at 14 stone 13.1 pounds (209.1 pounds, 94.8 kg).

The OJ-ometer still shows a total loss of 6 litres of OJ!

It’s not long until the clocks go forward and so there will soon be enough daylight for evening rides. I have a number of people who will be able to do rides with me after work and that will encourage me to get out more, which should help me get fitter and shed the pounds.

  1. I might be up for an after work ride if I’m working north manchester way and can leave my work bag at yours!

  2. I think you should be made to carry the bag to give me a chance on the hills! In fact, I’m going to suggest that all participants in my rides in future have to sign up to a handicapping system, just like they have with racehorses… When I’ve finally got my weight down to a sensible level then you can leave the bag! 😉

  4. Exactly! 😉
