Exercise Bike Session
It’s been a lazy week so far, probably the least active this year in fact.
Having told Alun just a few days ago that I wouldn’t be using my exercise bike again until about November, the UK weather turned wintry again. I could have nipped out on my bike in between the downpours and bouts of hail but I didn’t feel like risking it so it was back on the exercise bike for a good steady 45 minutes while listening to an old Robert Wyatt compilation CD which I haven’t played for ages.
The forecast for Sunday and into next week is looking quite good so I should be able to get some decent rides and walks in.
