Exciting News About My Cold!
The exciting news referred to in the post title is… that I feel marginally less rough than I did, and if I carry on coughing, sneezing and spluttering green/yellow stuff up and out at the current rate, my body must surely soon run out of toxic waste. Either that, or I’ll have to consider buying Kleenex shares… 
Even more exciting news… I got my first freebie through the post yesterday – a cycle training DVD to review. Thanks Gene! I’m waiting until I feel better and then I’ll stick it on my laptop and do a vigorous gym bike session watching it. I’ve promised to review the DVD and when I have done that, I’ll post a link to the review page.
