A fast walk up the hill (13 minutes), a cafe stop with Lisa, and then a meander back down the hill via the Buttress to the shops.
I hadn’t had the chance to get any walks or rides in the past few days because I’ve been away visiting my frail and poorly mother. Hopefully she will be okay, but I’m not sure she will be. It’s a worrying time…
No point in dressing this little walk up as more than it was! I dashed up the hill to Heptonstall for lunch with Lisa, and strolled back into town to do my shopping. It got my heart rate up very high for 15 minutes and stretched my legs for 30. Every little helps…
