Burn the Fat, Feed the Muscle (BFFM) – Review

Hi, I'm ColinJ and this is a page on my blog. I promote a few quality products to cover the expense of running the blog. BFFM is one such product and I'd like to tell you about it below.

My original BFFM review (which is now available here) waffled on to the extent that I had to put a summary before the introduction to cater for people who couldn't be bothered to read the review – that should have told me something! Let me try again…

If weight loss was easy, there wouldn't be hundreds of millions of obese people in the world, and there wouldn't be a massive industry trying to make money out of those people! Like many people, you've possibly already tried unusual diets or pills. Some stuff is really unbelievable but some people still buy it. ‘Magic' herbs…

…plucked from sheer, icy rock faces in the frozen mountains of Patagonia by teams of specially trained monkeys.

Ah, so that's why the product costs so much! 😉

If those diets, pills (whatever) actually worked then you wouldn't be wasting your time reading this. Perhaps you starved some weight off and then ‘cracked' and piled it all back on again? I know how that goes – I've been there, done that, burst out of the t-shirt!

Burn The Fat, Feed The Muscle (BFFM)

I spent some time searching for a weight loss product that was well-respected and eventually came across Burn The Fat, Feed The Muscle. It has been on the market for over 7 years now but nobody bad-mouths it. There aren't many weight loss systems you could say that about. I bought a copy to see if it lives up to its reputation. In my opinion, it does!

You may be looking for a ‘quick fix', but that is entirely counter to what BFFM is about. It is not a weight loss ‘quick fix' and I'll tell you why – there is no such a thing! However, if you are prepared to do the work and change your lifestyle to a healthy one, BFFM will guide you every step of the way. It goes into precise detail of what you need to do, when you need to do it and explains why. If you are prepared to follow the system described, you will make steady progress towards your target weight loss.

BFFM is all about developing a healthy lifestyle and that means eating good, healthy food and getting enough good, healthy exercise. Nothing outrageous. You don't have to starve yourself, you can have the odd ‘treat' meal and you don't need to run marathons.

Are there any drawbacks to BFFM? Well, it can't work miracles – you do actually have to read the book and do what it says; mere ownership doesn't count for much! It is ‘information dense' and you will take some time to work your way through it.

That's all I have to say about BFFM. Now, with your permission I'd like to send you off to read what author Tom Venuto has to say about his system! 😉

BFFM can really help you, so…

[In my opinion, the page that links to is rather long – just scroll to the download link at the bottom if you get bored of reading it!]

BFFM currently comes with a very generous bonus package, and has a 60-day money-back guarantee if for whatever reason you are not satisfied with your purchase.

Some people find it much easier to stick to a weight loss program if they have the accountability of a support group. That's why organisations such as Weightwatchers are so popular. Tom Venuto (author of BFFM) set up the BFFM Inner Circle, an online weight loss advice and support community which you might be interested in. Most of the members are keen followers of the BFFM system, but it's not compulsory. I joined the Inner Circle for a while to check it out and to see if I could promote it. My verdict – it's a friendly site and there is a lot of great information there. Many people ask for and receive support from other members. It might be really good for you and it's pretty affordable (currently a bargain at less than $10/month and if you sign up at that price it is guaranteed never to rise)

For a tantalising FREE peek inside the BFFM Inner Circle…
