Another Exercise Bike Session

I did another 45 minutes on my exercise bike today. I kept the pace a bit more steady than the last couple of sessions and I felt great afterwards.

It’s amazing how quickly my body responds to being treated nicely – two days off the beer, a slight reduction in meal sizes and a few hours of exercise and I can feel that changes are already on the way. My scales confirmed those feelings, but I’ll wait until my first week is up before I confirm how I’m doing (I’m going to post my weight and waist size every Monday – Monday this week, the figures were 220 pounds and 46 inches – yikes!).
