Exercise Bike Session

Just for the record – I did another 40 minute intervals session on my exercise bike this evening. I’d been feeling a bit sluggish after spending all day stuck in front of my computer, but the exercise soon ‘blew away the cobwebs’. I feel pleasantly relaxed now.
